Commercial Insurances with Out-of Network Benefits (e.g. PPO): We will bill you directly and can create a payment plan. New patient consultation fee $250 includes: exam, imaging, colposcopy and consult. Follow up Visit $75. Follow up Ultrasound or colposcopy $100 each. Office biopsy or IUD placement or removal $500. Surgery Fee dictated by indication and level of difficulty – range $1000 – $6000. We will bill your insurance for the balance and appeal their decisions without further cost to you.
